Arches Inn

Great location. Balcony was nice. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was well equipped for our use. Private bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Excellent stay! Unit was clean and had an easy check in process. Hot water, a/c, and balcony. Location was great, close to a metro stop and with shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Vatican. Room shares a kitchen with two other units, but each room has lock and private bathroom. We didn’t actually use the kitchen but looks like a great option to have for longer stays.

Flight was delayed we arrived 2:00am Pablo managed to let checked out at this time. Room has a private bathroom with hot water. Kitchen was always available, market stores are just 2 minutes away same Metro station is 3 minutes away and from metro station you can visit all important places. Prices were higher in other more far away places. 10/10 always clean.

good enough, was nice

location was great - close to Cipro Metro, and a short walk to the Vatican. The advertised "breakfast is included" wasn't much of a breakfast - prepackaged pastries and standard sliced bread. They did have an espresso machine, which saved the day! Also, there's a 24/7 grocery store around the corner, very convenient.

kind and friendly hosts near Cipro station

Fabio and Paolo were both delightful to deal with, via Whatsapp and in person. The rooms are not fancy, but are comfortable and roomy and pleasant, and ours had a lovely and quite, shaded balcony. The shared kitchen was a handy touch, and we appreciated the recycling options within the shared space. The Arches Inn is within a two-minute walk of the Cipro station. This is an interesting residential area, but one with many neighbourhhood shops and cafes and bars. Was a fun stay!

Location is amazing!

This is a shared appartment with three rooms. Each has it's own bathroom. We loved it, safe and frindaly area. The subway is a 2 min walk. And the vatican museum is 15 min walk. Really nice location. They have a security office during daytime and entrance is locked at night, you will be able to get in with your unit key. You can reach the owner on Whatsapp if you need help and the check in person, Christian is so frindaly.

Paolo was so friendly and very helpful, and the beds were so comfortable after walking many miles each day! I would highly recommend this property - it's also very close to the grocery store and the metro!

This property was very convenient for our trip, there is a mini super 2 min away, transportation, restaurants, and Paolo was very fast to answer questions and very helpful. I can’t wait for my next trip to Rome.

We did not end up staying at arches. Unfortunately, they had a pipe burst and were unable to accommodate us. They did however book us into another local bnb which was lovely apart from the cleaning staff opening our door twice without knocking prior to check out the day of our departure.

Awesome in every way!

The place is in a quiet and safe area and yet close to the metro station, a non-stop market and to the Vatican. It is a stand alone studio apartment with a kitchen and living area area shared with two other units. It was very clean and well kept. The communication with the host was outstanding, before the trip and during check in. Google was showing us the location a few houses down so the host came to retrieve us from the street. She was very kind and went the extra mile to show us how to get around Rome, to various attractions. I only wish there were an Arches Inn in every city of the world.

Buon soggiorno a pochi passi dal Vaticano

Camera ampia con bagno privato, letto molto comodo, buona la pulizia della stanza, andrebbe forse un pochino rimodernata. La zona comune è comoda perché dotata di cucina con utensili per la colazione (macchina del caffè , bollitore,tostapane..)ma volendo c' e anche la possibilità di cucinare un pasto. Da rivedere un po' la pulizia e organizzazione di questa zona. La colazione offerta, seppur con prodotti confezionati, non è niente male, yogurt, latte, succo, merendine, pane confezionato,fette biscottate e merendine sono a disposizione ogni giorno. Nel complesso questa struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La zona è centrale, a pochi passi dal Vaticano e nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristoranti, bar supermercati e un mercato.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Impossible à trouver si vous n’appelez pas. Intérieur propre mais vieillot. Bien situé pas loin du Vatican. Grande chambre. Cuisine partagée pour 3 chambres mais tout ce qu’il faut. Petit pb d’eau chaude mais il faut laisser couler couler …. Stores délabrés. Chambre au calme. Mauvais rapport qualité prix trop cher pour ce que c’est et surtout le quartier très sale et pas du tout rassurant. Je suppose que le prix est en rapport avec Jesus.

B&B a due passi dalla metro A fermata Cipro. Comodissima la posizione, ben collegata dalla metro e dalla rete di autobus. La struttura è modesta ma pulita, con camera e bagno molto spaziosi. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono. Lo Staff è cordiale e disponibile, c'è una cucina in comune con stoviglie e utensili anche per la colazione, ogni mattina lo Staff fa trovare yoghurt, latte, pane in cassetta con marmellatine e nutelline, caffè in cialde.
