Nice place to stay, close to the hart of Rome. But no inside breakfast, this nearby via a 5 minutes walk, but also good. Only nad thing about the rooms are the showers, the temperature constant reflex, then hot then cold.

Beautiful and quirky

I booked 4 rooms for a family get away for 8 of us. The property is beautifully presented with lovely quirky showers. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything we needed while were there. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I forgot the lovely ladies name who greated us on Saturday, she was lovely. We did not include breakfast in our package, but did pop into the restaurant, Le Carre Francais, around the corner which was mentioned in the property. Brilliant food and wonderful service. We will definitely be coming back.

It s ok but will not recommend specially for first time visitor in Rome. Receptionist or staff are only available 9am-1pm in person otherwise you need to communicate thru WhatsApp. Unfortunately we booked for 5 nights and not able to get some help that I was expected (no concierge ) regarding the area. Room windows not sealed or closed tight that you can hear street noise in the middle of the night. You need to use 4 keys at night to get in to the building to your room. On a better side we were able to speak to a staff on the 3rd day and also got help thru WhatsApp for what we need. The place was clean

Guter Anschluss an den Flughafen mit dem SIT-Bus(Haltestelle 600m entfernt), Frühstück gibt es ca. 150m entfernt in einem kleinen französischen Lokal (Pro Person: 1x Heißgetränk nach Wahl, ein großes Croissant oder Pain au Chocolat, Brötchenkorb, Butter, Marmelade, frischer O-Saft) - wer mehr/anderes möchte kann dies dann gegen Aufpreis bestellen. Das Personal von ARA Suite ist nicht immer vor Ort, aber immer erreichbar. Bereits vor Ankunft konnten wir via WhatsApp klären, dass wir unsere Koffer im Hotel deponieren konnten und waren noch mehr erfreut, dass wir dann sogar schon unser Zimmer beziehen durften (mehrere Stunden vor offizieller CheckIn Zeit).Klar geht das nicht immer, aber wir hatten Glück und Giulio und sein Team haben es ermöglicht. Giulio hat uns zudem ein paar wertvolle Tipps gegeben, was wir wo noch neben den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten in Rom entdecken können. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, mit bequemem Bett, Safe, Minibar (2xWasser, 2xCola.kostenfrei). Alles sauber und gepflegt. ARA Suite ist im 3.Stock, es gibt einen klassischen, kleinen, alten Aufzug (ist jedoch nicht barrierefrei zu erreichen und vermutlich nicht Rollstuhl geeignet), aber für zwei Personen mit Gepäck oder nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag eine sehr große Hilfe). Die Betreiber von ARA Suite sind sehr bestrebt überall zu helfen und unterstützen und achten selbst auf Kleinigkeiten, wie die richtige Schlüsselreihenfolge am Schlüsselbund um spät abends wieder zurück ins Hotel zu kommen.

Aria Suite Stay

My partner and I had a wonderful experience staying at Aria. The location gave us easy walking access to all of Rome. We spent two days seeing all of the sights, trying new foods, and exploring. Ele was incredibly kind and helpful, and went out of her way to show us places we would not have found otherwise like hole in the wall restaurants and a local beach hang out. Room service kept everything tidy while we were away, and the whirlpool in our room was perfect after walking for hours. Località tranquilla ed abbastanza centrale situato nel Rione Prati, ma non perfettamente servito dai mezzi pubblici. La camera carina ma migliorabile, specialmente nella logistica. Si nota l'assenza di sgabello poggia valigia e gli appendini in bagno sono situati in posizioni imbarazzanti e per niente funzionali. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Complessivamente è stato un bel soggiorno.
