Herzlicher Empfang und schneller Check in ins Zimmer. Leichte Verstandigungsprobleme, da nur (üblich? ) Englisch und Italienisch. Von der Lage her alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut erreichbar. Zimmer Ansicht ok, ein kleiner Schrank für Sachen zum Aufhängen zuwenig. Kochecke auf ok. Bett ok.....

Worst service

The room was not clean at all, they left us for long time until they came and the room was not clean. They asked us to take a tour in the city for one hour and come back. We came after 2 hours and the room was the same !! Not clean.

Soggiorno mediocre effettuato con un mio collega per motivi di studio. La camera si presentava discretamente bene anche se la pulizia non era il top. Geograficamente ben collocato, a pochi passi dalla fermata Vittorio Emanuele della metropolitana romana e ad una sola fermata per arrivare alla stazione di Termini. Del resto, lo spazio all'interno della camera era alquanto modesto. Materasso da cambiare, troppo scomodo e usurato. Il bagno privato era di medio livello. I riscaldamenti non funzionanti nonostante il proprietario mi avesse detto il contrario. Arrivando alle conclusioni posso affermare che se siete di passaggio ed il prezzo è abbastanza conveniente è una piccola alternativa da valutare, specie se non avete mezzo proprio a disposizione e dovete avvalervi dell'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici della Capitale. Consiglio ai proprietari di includere una piccola colazione (es. succo di frutta e brioche da discount) per rendere contenti gli ospiti che l'indomani dovranno partire al più presto.

La situation géographique est très bien, pas loin de chaque quartier à visiter. L’établissement est propre, la chambre que nous occupions était spacieuse et dotée d’une kitchenette. La habitación es normal. La mampara de la ducha no cerraba. Pasaron un día a “limpiarnos” la habitación y dejaron la cama a media y las tazas sin limpiar. El último día cuando llegamos nos habían quitado una cama de la habitación. El Barrio de lo peor.

Staff greeted us and we're very friendly. Key for the front door was an absolute pain to use, it took us 10 minutes most times to play around with the lock in order to get in, whether it was due to a badly cut key or if there was a certain knack to it we're not sure but they didn't show us a knack of there was one! The boiler drove us mad, constantly ticking and banging day and night. Neighbours were VERY loud, one night they were quite clearly having a blazing row, a lot of screaming and shouting and throwing things around, it was quite terrifying. Bed was comfy, we had hot water and a roof over our heads for the night. It gave us the absolute basics of what we needed which matches what we paid for but the few things need sorting to make it a comfortable stay. Not the place for luxury, which weren't expecting anyway!

Was so happy with this accommodation. Lots of space and very clean. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. Very close to metro (3 minute walk) which gets you around very easily. Nice bonus to have a kitchen area and supermarket just down the block. Would recommend 100%

Nos cambiaron de hotel, en el mismo momento de la llegada. Ya podían habernos avisado antes. Los chicos fueron muy amables, es lo único bueno. Porque la zona era aún peor, la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, el colchón se hundía y estéticamente era horrible, y eso que nos dijeron que era mejor que el que habíamos contratado. La limpieza de toallas y sábanas, bastante regular. Un día nos dejaron sólo con una toalla. En general, un desastre.

Convenient accommodation close to Termini

Basic accommodation in a convenient location, just a walk from Termini station. The rooms are a converted apartment; it's no-frills accommodation, but comfortable enough and the room we were given was extremely large, which was great. It had a little corridor that kept it separate from the main hallway, which added to the privacy. We'll definitely stay here again when in Rome. As there is no reception, you need to notify Fabrizio ahead of your time of arrival so he can let you in and give you the keys, but this was no problem and he kept in communication with us to make sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima. Camera enorme e bagno enorme. Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile a risolvere problemi, peccato non averlo mai incontrato. Struttura vecchiotta, pulizia scarsa (nel bagno a terra appena arrivati abbiamo trovato capelli e polvere, come sotto i letti), finestra che non si chiudeva bene e faceva entrare continuamente L odore del ristorante affianco. Per brevi periodi però va benissimo e la zona è perfetta per muoversi data la vicinanza alla metro che porta a Termini. Wi-Fi presente è molto veloce.

Great location near metro and station. The room has no ac, hot water not always available, power failure for three day during the night but was solved immediately after complaining. The room was every day done and cleaned to our satisfaction.
