Cleaning staff was great. Front desk kept odd hours. And elevator was unique but small. Great area and very walkable and central to all the Rome must sees. As well as next to train station to continue to other Italy destinations.

It was a great location, across from the Opera Theatre, so it was a less busy street. Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and collision were short walks away. Great restaurant just below our hotel, the Matriciana. We had breakfast at Luna cafe, a short walk away. It was great. The room was comfortable but the shower was a bit small but ok.

Perfect stay in a great area of Rome, far enough away from the train station to be in a safe, clean and restaurant area, but clise enough to be convenient when arriving/leaving Rome. Very well situated as close to a metro stop, and local restaurants, and very walkable to most of the Rome sites. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Room was quiet with great Air conditioning, was really clean with comfortable beds and it had a great bathroom.

Rome trip with teenage son

Rome trip with teenage son. Hotel location was excellent. All main attractions were within 20 or so minutes walking distance, but there were also a few very nearby Metro stations. The metro is very easy to navigate. Hotel was perfect for our stay and the reception helped us out by booking a very early morning taxi back to the airport.

Awesome spot to stay within walking distance of everything you could want to see, but just outside the bubble of the busier and louder streets. We were happy to have great dinner and drinks options all around us.

The location was great, right in the middle of the cities. We walked every where and did not need of ride the metro or buses. The view of our room was the opera house, great view. The staff were very proactive and help us self checked in

This was probably my favorite hotel we stayed in. The staff were incredible more than accommodating. They reached out before we arrived asking when we anticipated arriving and I gave them a time much later than we actually arrived and when we got there our room was not ready bc the time I told them was later in the day… not a problem they said give them an hour and the room will be ready so we left out luggage and went and explored for a little bit we were not gone even 45 min when we got the notice our room was ready. Top notch service. The gentleman who checked us in also gave us a map with different attractions to check out and whether they were walkable or not. The location of this hotel was great as well.. near (walkable) to big attraction, trevi fountain, colosseum, Spanish steps.. and others such as the Vatican and bourgeois garden are just a short metro ride away. Lots of yummy restaurants located all within walking distance as well. The room was also clean, bed comfortable which found not to be the case at any of our other hotels, and the shower was very nice. Would highly recommend this hotel. Felt very safe.

Beautiful cozy room walking distance to Termini trainstation (10 min), in a nice neighbourhood,full of restaurants and walking distance to some monuments. Room had nice deco, bed was comfortable and shower was a dream.

Good communication from the property in advance, a very warm welcome from reception and a great location for exploring Rome. The rooms were a fair size and very clean. There was some noise from bars below but when in a City it’s to be expected and it wasn’t an issue for us (more of a benefit as it meant we could eat and drink very local to the hotel) There was a small communal area where we could make team and coffee which was nice. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable would have been a small communal seating area (we’d booked 2 rooms and seating in bedrooms not really adequate) However, we’d definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to return in the future.

Great central Rome accommodation

Enjoyed our stay at this cozy and convenient hotel. Just a five minute walk from Roma Termini station. Clean, comfortable room and beds. Modern bath. A/C (thank goodness!) Coffee station just outside our room. Walking distance to many of Rome's attractions. Greeted quickly and efficiently. Lots of great advice from the front desk. Would stay here again when in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay at Ai Vinimale inn. We couldn’t make it in time for the from 8:00am to 4:00pm check in time, so Daniele (who works at the front desk) reached out to us and sent us a video to explain how we could check in without any front line staff need. Front line staff Daniele and the young lady (whose name I have forgotten) she helped us look for a place that we could do our laundry were Excellent. It would have been over the top if we had a refrigerator in our room. Very nice place loved the service
