"Great authentic Italian stay, would be easy to find if they had a board off highway. Little cold in room at first, but warm welcome and Breakfast made up for it"

"The place it needs to be taken care, there’s no AC all you get is a fan that stopped working around 2am👎

"This hotel has a fantastic location directly in front of the lake and next to the Puccini house in theater. The room is completely star off not even any art, but the bathroom was spacious. The reception desk was very helpful to us. Would definitely recommend."
"This is a very unique place off the beaten path, yet worth the effort if you like or love eclectic places or just the feeling. There is a beautiful garden area with random art all throughout. The smell is incredible with all the foliage. Food is good. I cannot say how much we loved the atmosphere. Beds aren’t soft, but still you sleep well enough. "

"We stayed for a week here at the end of May. We are a family of four with kids aged 9 and 13. We loved it. The location is stunning, the house is great with wonderful views and is well equipped with everything you need. The pool is great and the fact that it is a saltwater pool is much better than a chlorinated pool. Nicola is a fantastic host, always willing to provide a restaurant recommendation or give advice on how to get to places. Lucca and Pisa are close and Florence a train ride away from Lucca. Whilst Nicola is on site and around if needed, he is the perfect host as unless you need something he leaves you to your privacy. The pool is solely for your use. You do need a car but the roads are easy to drive and loads to see close by.Thank you Nicola!"
"We had a lovely stay and Andreas was extremely helpful. The property was extremely clean and a great space for the children to play outside!
We were however charged extra for the use of the travel cot, this was not disclosed in the description of the property.
The property is in a great location and we found it easily using the address given.
We do wish we knew more about the public transport nearby as we ended up using taxis which were not the most reliable. We didn’t realise there was a bus stop nearby until our last day.
Overall a lovely stay and would stay again. "
