"Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Donatella ist ein Goldstück. Sie hat mit uns einen super Check Inn gemacht und alles genau erklärt...dazu gab es noch die besten Adressen für die lokalen Restaurants. Bei Fragen war sie jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hilfsbereit.Das Haus ist abseits, aber super schön gelegen. Viareggio, Pisa, Lucca und Carrara sind schnell zu erreichen wenn man vom Berg runter ist. Das Haus ist in 2 Ebenen unterteilt die jeweils autark genutzt werden können inkl. Bad und Küche. Für uns war das perfekt, da man dann wenn die Kids schlafen noch normal weiter machen konnte. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Klima-Einheiten die super laufen und das Haus auf einer sehr angenehmen Temperatur halten. Die Anreise über den Berg ist teils sehr spannend. Es handelt sich bei der Lage halt um ein authentisches italienisches Bergdörfchen mit teils sehr schmalen Straßen, Haarnadelkurven und starken Steigungen. Es ist aber alles gut befahrbar...wir waren mit einem Ford Ranger da und haben alles gut geschafft.Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und überlegen schon, wann wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen."

"Schönes, sehr großes altes Haus, teilweise mit moderner Ausstattung. Highlight ist sicher das riesige Grundstück mit dem tollen Pool. Sehr gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Das Haus ist ruhig und in einer schönen Landschaft gelegen. Einkaufen und Ausflüge sind mit dem Auto zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und stehen bei Fragen oder Problemen sehr schnell zur Verfügung. Strom wird am Ende abgerechnet für ca. 10 /Tag bzw. 0,50 /kWh."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can highly recommend this beautiful property.The communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish – they were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.The location is simply stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery and so peaceful. The house is spacious and offers plenty of room to relax. With four comfortable bedrooms, there was more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed.The huge swimming pool was a real highlight of our stay and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also loved that there is a lovely beach just 20 minutes away by car, a good supermarket only 10 minutes away, and several excellent restaurants within a 15–20 minute drive.One of our favorite little details was the friendly chickens that came to visit every morning – it added so much charm and made the experience feel even more special.We have already started dreaming about coming back. Thank you for a truly unforgettable holiday!"

"Wir sind im Mai drei Wochen zu zweit angereist und fanden ein sehr gut ausgestattetes, großes und sauberes Haus vor. Die Lage befindet sich oberhalb einer kleinen Ansiedlung, mit Blick auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Es gibt in wenigen Autominuten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, regional und Supermarkt. Die Entfernung zum Meer beträgt höchstens 15 Minuten, auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben keinen Tag bereut und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Nadja und Ralf."

"Sehr schöne Tage in einem charmanten, älteren, authentischen Haus in ländlicher Idylle.Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Giovanni ist ein aufmerksamer, jederzeit erreichbarer und liebenswerter Gastgeber. Er spricht ausgezeichnet Englisch, was vieles erleichtert. Das Haus hat schöne Räume, wertiges Mobiliar, unglaublich viele Bücher und sehr viel Charme. Da verzeiht man gerne die ein oder andere kleine Schwäche (Belastbarkeit Stromnetz, Wasserpumpengeräusch bei Toilettenspülung). Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad sind gut gegen Moskitos geschützt. Der Aufstellpool ist groß und gepflegt, nebendran ist eine nette Sitzgruppe mit Tisch, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme. Etwas Besonderes ist der große Vorraum mit dem Tischtennistisch. Wir habe gerne dort gespielt. Das Haus steht auf einem riesigen Grundstück zusammen mit einem weiteren Gebäude, das von Giovannis Bruder bewohnt wird. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Die Lage ist ruhig, fast ländlich. In kurzer Auto-Entfernung liegt Lucca mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man hat viele Optionen für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung (Meer und Strand, Wanderungen in den Bergen, diverse Stadtbesichtigungen, etc.). Ein Auto ist hierfür aber fast obligatorisch. Alles bestens, nochmals vielen Dank an Giovanni."

"Simone is a great host and the apartment was perfect: very clean, with a well equipped kitchen, a great garden with lots of plants, a hammock and a seating area. The bedrooms are well equipped and everything is nicely decorated. We were there as a family of 4 and had a lot of space. The neighbourhood is nice and there are a lot of things to do (beach, visit Pisa Lucca). We can definitely recommend staying there."

"Wow, amazing big room and huge toilet. Always clean, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, Stefano is very attentive and courteous. Room 8 had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, very handy. Just hope to have polite guests upstairs cause you can hear everything, apart from that all perfect!"
