"The hotel had an excellent shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, to the cruise port and even to a nice restaurant for dinner The amenities were non existent no klenex no water no soap in the shower and such a small shampoo it was not enough to wash my hair. The wifi was terrible it was difficult to get any service even when we went to the lobby. This was very frustrating since we were trying to get important information about our cruise the next day. The staff was very good not always fluent in English. The hotel was a bit tired but clean. The breakfast was limited but good. It was a good hotel for a night before a cruise."

"Very nice and easy stay the night before our flight out of Rome. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and we stayed in a family room, which was large and had enough bedding for our entire family (one large bed and 2 twin beds)"

"Hotel is fairly beaten up, with black marks on the walls. Towel warmer did not work. Pillows were flat and hard. Bed was hard. Beds are pushed together singles and separate when sleeping on them. Front staff was not friendly at all, they did not tell us about any amenities or suggest the spa or restaurant. Climate control does not work unless you are in the room, so if you go out and come back the rooms are hot and stuffy. Patio doors have rusty hinges and may fall on you. The parkade was empty and we were given a parking spot that had furniture and equipment in it, so it was hard to park in. I was excited for this hotel, and it was a bitter disappointment. For the price there are better options out there."

"The staff was friendly, check-in process was easy. Close to the airport. Beautiful property with an excellent restaurant on site that had many gluten free options for our son who has celiac disease. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the staff was helpful. However, the room had a very strong fragrance that gave us all headaches. We would suggest using fragrance free products for cleaning and freshening up spaces."
