Horrible. Do not book!!!!!!

Excellent stay, as always (I've stayed here many times..& it always meets my expectations...well done & keep up the great work)

If you're happy sleeping on a bed that feels like it's made of cardboard, staying in rooms that desperately need renovation, and watching a TV with barely any working channels, then this place might suit you. Be prepared to hear every person walking past your room during the night as if they were inside with you. I rarely leave negative reviews and generally prefer to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but the owner's attitude left me with no choice. During breakfast, the older man at reception (who appeared to be the boss) was openly rude to one of the staff, which was uncomfortable to witness. When we checked out, he asked, "You're leaving today?" I explained that we'd changed our plans and would only be staying one night instead of the two originally intended. He then turned his back on us and said, "Bye..." in what came across as a sarcastic and dismissive tone before walking away. I was genuinely shocked by how arrogant and unprofessional his behaviour was. To make matters worse, the hotel is nowhere near what is advertised online. The photos give a completely misleading impression of the property. In reality, it falls well short of expectations. I wouldn't stay here again and cannot recommend it.

I did not use restaurant, my room did not have balcony. However, there is an estate close to the gate which is not well managed, e.g. overflowed rubbish bins.
