"Breakfast was amazing! So many choices, everything tasted great, many staff keeping everything tidy and servers were very attentive. Also great location for flights out of Rome with the walkway. Every staff member smiled and said hello/ ciao , room was clean, bed extremely comfy. Kudos to all at the hotel. Would absolutely stay again! "

"Hotel De La Ville was a very nice choice for our stay in Civitavecchia before our cruise. The hotel has a quaint, charming feel and reflects the character of this historic city. While the property does show some age, that’s to be expected in an older European city, and it adds to the overall charm rather than taking away from the experience. The location is convenient for anyone needing a comfortable place to stay before or after a cruise. Most importantly, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, a good value and a pleasant stay for travelers passing through Civitavecchia."

"Bathroom in room was nasty, I went to the front desk and they didn’t seem surprised as they already knew. Breakfast was not good, and the employees were rude. Now one good point was the bar people were nice and attentive. Overall I would give this hotel one star on a one to ten scale, ten being the best. "
