This small, tranquil village is primarily residential, offering a genuine taste of rural French life. The main square features the Mairie (town hall) and the historic Église Saint-Remy, which are good landmarks. Most of the local amenities, such as the village's only boulangerie and a small general store, are found on the roads leading off the square, such as Rue de l'Église and Rue Principale. The area is characterised by traditional stone houses and narrow, winding lanes.

Couples looking for a quiet, romantic retreat will find the village centre ideal. It's great for leisurely strolls through the charming streets, enjoying local produce from the market, and using it as a base for exploring the surrounding countryside and vineyards. The peaceful setting allows for a truly relaxing escape.

For those travelling with family, staying within the village provides a comfortable and convenient base. Children can enjoy the small, well-maintained village park near the Mairie, and the ease of accessing the local shop for essentials is a definite plus.
