Sejour convenable pour 1 nuit - lors de mon enregistrement par Hotel.com j'avais demande que l'hotel me reserve 1 table au restaurant du casino. Cela n'a pas ete fait sans qu'on me previenne. Pour les reservations en ligne enlevez la case :demande particuliere puisqu'elle ne sera pas suivi d'effet. De plus malgre la pub faite le parking n'etait pas gratuit. Bref je n'irai plus dans cet hotel.
Nous y avons séjourné en prévision d'une soirée au casino de la ville .
Nous connaissions déjà cet établissement, et c'est pourquoi nous sommes revenus dans cet hôtel.

Surclassement sympa mais finalement erreur, alors que je commençais à prendre place dans les lieux, on frappe à la porte pour me déménager…
Pas cool même si le personnel reste agréable, lorsqu’on fait une erreur, on assume.

Chambre et hôtel très agréable et tranquille, le petit plus est que le Casino est dans le bâtiment à côté donc ideal !
Le seul bemol est la salle du petit-déjeuner, petite, et le prix de ce dernier 16 euros.
Grande chambre au calme avec une salle de bain spacieuse. Salle de bain bien chauffée ce qui est agréable au vu des températures fraiches de l'Automne. Mauvaise odeur légère émanant de la douche.
Décoration sobre mais un peu basique.
Salle de petit déjeuner un peu petite et offre du petit déjeuner pauvre pour un Mercure mais cela reste acceptable. Au global impression satisfaisante dans son ensemble.
Als je een Mercure hotel boekt weet je dat je in een standaard kamer wat inrichting, comfort en kwaliteit betreft terecht komt. Dit Mercure hotel is wel anders dan wat we gewend zijn, naast het Casino van Vittel, receptie op de 1e verdieping, geen restaurant of bar, geen eigen parkeerterrein. De kamer was netjes en ruim, badkamer nieuw en schoon. Aangezien er geen restaurant is, verwacht je dat ze een lijstje met restaurants in de buurt hebben, dat was er niet. De receptie wist ons wel een restaurant aan te raden op loopafstand, Tout feu, tout flam, waar we gelukkig terecht konden, eenvoudig restaurant maar druk bezocht en gezellig. Verder zagen we geen andere restaurants die open waren op vrijdagavond. Ontbijtruimte ook erg klein. Bij een 4 sterren hotel verwacht je wel wat meer, bijv een lounge. Onhandig ook dat we maar 1 kamerkaartje kregen, dat ook gebruikt moest worden om de elektriciteit in te schakelen, als er iemand even weg wil zit de ander in het donker. Vittel is een beetje vergane glorie. zal vroeger wel een chique kuuroord geweest zijn, maar daar is niet veel meer van over.
Hotel ligt niet ver van de autoroute, dus goed als overnachtings stop.
Un hôtel dans lequel je me rends assez souvent pour mes déplacements professionnels dans la région de Vittel. Cet maison, souvent prisée par une forte fréquentation le mérite largement..
Je recommande vivement cet établissement tant pour son service que pour la qualité de ses prestations. C'est pour moi une très bonne adresse.
