Excellent stop over

We were made very welcome and provided with every assistance. Because of an unexpected occurrence we required a late check in. This was organised by Thierry without any hesitation and every assistance.

Such a nice hotel with very nice staff. We felt very welcome when we arrived. There are nice restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s a nice village to stay for transit The swimming pool was very nice and clean. There is no airconditioning but we knew that and it was okay. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but a really nice lunch nearby a restaurant.

Séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au calme. Le Personnel est super sympathique, nous avons très bien mangé à prix abordable hôtel équipé d’une piscine , salle de sport, parking privé et gratuit petit détail, il n’a pas de climatiseur dans la chambre

Mauvaise aventure ! J’ai réservé une chambre non remboursable dans un hôtel qui était fermé pour redressement judiciaire ! Information que votre site a omis de préciser ! J’ai payé à la réservation et la ! Pas de bol ! Le paiement va à l’ancien propriétaire ! Quand j’apprends la situation ! J’appelle l’hôtel ! Je tombe sur le nouveau propriétaire qui me dit que c’est pas son problème et est très agressif ! Après moult péripéties ! J’obtiens quand même une chambre qui je rappelle était payé ! 63€ Une semaine avant notre départ … chambre réservée début février pour fin avril … Le réceptionniste très agréable aucun problème de ce côté là. Le lendemain je rend ma clé et on m’annonce une facture de 179€ ! Chambre surclassé alors que je n’ai rien demandé ! Je montre au réceptionniste la preuve du règlement fait sur votre site et refuse de payé la somme demandée ! Comme des idiots que nous sommes nous avons en plus réservés dans le restaurant de l’hôtel pour 8 personnes le dimanche midi… les grenouilles étaient infecte ! Y’a pas d’autres qualificatifs pour ce qui nous a été servis ! Elles étaient pas cuites et froides ! Le dessert la tarte aux pommes était congelée. C’est tellement dommage car l’hôtel est bien refait et le personnel est adorable. Je ne recommande pas du tout le restaurant, mais pour y séjourner… ne réserver pas en ligne pour éviter tout problème

Séjour à Vittel en juin

Notre séjour à Vittel s'est bien déroulé. L'accueil à l'arrivée a été fait à la hâte car nous sommes arrivés à 20h et la réception était fermée... La chambre était correcte, le lit était plutôt dur mais nous avons quand même bien dormi. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet, autant du côté du sucré que du salé. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bel hôtel avec piscine.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel de charme avec une magnifique piscine. Les chambres sont un peu anciennes et elle mériteraient d'être rénovée mais elles possède tout le confort nécessaire.

Agréable et fonctionnel !

Un hôtel très agréable, le grand hall et l'accueil ont été rénovés récemment et sont dans un style vintage et art déco très agréable. La piscine de l'hôtel n'est pas en excellent état mais est fonctionnelle et donne sur un petit jardin. Les chambres sont très jolies mais les salles de bain sont très vieillottes et pas très pratiques.
