This is unit 2A.

Acorn Manor was built in 1925 and was split into 4 private apartments over 70 years ago. It was recently renovated with new kitchens and bathrooms and has modern furniture. Each place has it's own private entrance from the back of the property with 1 dedicated parking space. This is unit 2A.

There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement that can be accessed from the stairwell that goes up to 2B.

Acorn Manor is located in the Glenwood-Brooklyn Historic District. We are .5 miles from Glenwood South and .5 miles away from Five Points.

You get to this unit (2A) from the back of the house where the parking lot is. Please note that the windows and flooring are original, please use extreme care.
Absolutely no smoking or parties on the premises. Violations will result in a $300 fine.
