"We have just returned from a 2 week stay here and all I can say is that the experience was amazing. We received really clear communication which made the check in so easy. "Lovely hotel, staff are great, particularly in the restaurant. They catered for me with vegan options that were thoughtful and very well executed. Plenty of parking in covered bays. Lots of little restaurants nearby. Area is quiet and safe, close to lakes and safe walks. Beds very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Dropped a star for noisy aircon, mirror being perished around the edges and plastic wrapping on soap and in bin liners. There’s no body or hand lotion, no conditioner, only shampoo and shower gel. Also, I read in some reviews that the rooms have kettles, there was no kettle in our room, only two small bottles of water. "
