"Room was immaculate. Staff was great. Valets friendly and responsive to requests. Restaurants (Tavern and Terrace) were outstanding!!! (Shout out to Dominica and Stewart!) Only knock is a lack of outlets by the bed for charging devices. Alarm had USB ports, but not USB-C or regular plug outlets to charge. Other than that, 5 stars!!!!"

"The manager is fine , they were helpful, nice, and understanding. However, two of the front desks were rude, not polite, and they didn't help me at all, even when I asked for early check in, he made me wait for 4 hours outside the hotel, or else I had to pay 30 dollars for three hours, he didn't even give me one hour early check in, the manager apologized and told me she would talk to him, other front desk, when I told her there was no hot water in the room, she was so rude to me and moved me to another room with funny smell and no microwave, when I asked here to change the room again via the phone , she hang up on me without a response, I had to come down again and relocate myself. The hotel is fine, but the treatment other rhan the manager was awful."

"We enjoyed two nights in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Being located in Old Towne, we were able to walk to shops and some very good restaurants."

"Room etc was basically clean - our bathroom floor was obviously not cleaned well around base of toilet. Breakfast was ok"

"Did not like the neighbors who were loud and smoking dope in the room granted it was for one night and they left but it smelled all week. We were on 1st floor lobby was very noisy at late night . All staff were extremely helpful and nice."
