"Room was extremely dirty found a white substance in a bag in the room. Hotel is filled with dogs as people live there full-time the floor I was staying on smelled like dog urine"

"The staff was so helpful and friendly, as were the folks in the attached restaurant. The woman managing the morning breakfast for our two mornings was helpful and friendly.
