"I booked a room that had a sofa bed and when we went to set up the bed there was no bedding in the room and when I called down to have some brought up they forgot about it and then when I called down a second time to check on where it was they told me housekeeping was gone and I would have to come down and get it. "The parking situation is TERRIBLE. I paid $44 for ONE night of parking? And, it's a terrible garage you can barely navigate, cumbersome to unpack and repack, etc. I don't even recall seeing there was a per-night parking charge, and it was an outrageous one at that."
