"The property was a great base for exploring the Cape Ann area, from the Parker River NWR to Rockport, Gloucester and into Boston to explore. The description was accurate regarding the floors and spiral staircase, all which added to the charm of the house. It had all that we needed for a fun long weekend! The sunset from the small beach around the corner was beautiful and it was fun exploring for sea glass. We would recommend this property for anyone visting this part of MA!"

"Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well equipped! Felt more like a “real” home than a vacation home Really enjoyed watching sunsets seated on rockers on the front porch and the backyard was absolutely lovely with well maintained plantings and a patio table and chairs. If you like a bright daytime interior, this is the house for you! The charming interior includes so many interesting windows in all directions featuring views of the harbor. Good restaurants and grocery stores are an easy drive away. We were in Gloucester primarily for a whale watching excursion, but this house was also a perfect location to visit the charming town of Rockport, MA, and Halibut Point State Park with a very pleasant trail around the granite quarry and down to the ocean. Highly recommend!!"
