"The beds here are way better than most hotels in their price range."

"First, the staff seemed very nice when I checked in. The hotel was not nearly full and I am disabled from multiple strokes and I was given a room on the second floor (stairs climb-up). I explained that and was still offered the same room. The first night was ok, but the next day when I went out, I came back and the key did not work. I had to go all the way down to the office and then all the way back up to get in my room. Later that night, (in a half full hotel) guests were put in the room right next to me. They proceeded to have a party in the room. NOISE and a strange smell began emanating from the room into mine. I would have called the office, but. there were no phones in the room. There was no soap in the shower and the trimming around the tub was coming loose with nails exposed. I got up early on my last day and notified management upon departure. The location was the reason that I booked this place, but I would not do it again. Sorry. "

"The pictures look better than the reality of the hotel. The location was great, lots of stuff to do within walking distance. The staff was nice and accommodating but the rooms picked up a lot of outside noise. Additionally, I would advise against using the hot tub because it gave everyone in my family (including my two children) full body rashes that have yet to clear up. After experiencing it, I did a deep dive in reviews and confirmed several others had reported the same problem which is very gross and unsettling. "

"The updated side was like staying in an airbnb!❤️There were no hotel vibes. It was excellent! I had 5 rooms on the other side of the building also and they were super clean and comfy. All the mattresses are new and like memory foam. The girl at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. We go to eureka springs alot and Im not sure why we have never booked here before but will definitely be back! All around 10/10 experience at this cute little hotel. Oh! And there is a food truck and antique store right next door. Literally 50 steps away."

"Bed and room were extremely comfy and clean, close walk to everything but in a super quiet area. The host was amazing, made a wonderful breakfast, and was excellent company. I travel a lot and haven’t slept so well in a bed that wasn’t mine in a long while. Highly recommend!"

"We were put next to the highway so no sleeping for two out of three rooms. Get rooms numbered 109 and higher for a quiet room. Used kleenex was in the ice bucket. Breakfast was good but in a different building. "

"Hot tub was broken, restaurant was average. Room was clean and bed comfortable"

"The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was amazing! It had good WiFi. The only problem that I saw was that the iron was missing. The parking lot was tricky when we first got there due to people using it for parking for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Once they cleared it was fine."
