Also asked pre-booking for 1’st floor, because of handicapping conditions, nothing available when I got there. Non-refundable amt prepaid. Exhausted and sick by the time found, then had to climb high stairs w all my luggage. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was nice . Also Hotels. Com keeps saying something about a $150.00 gift card if approved? Have seen no results of that. Not sure what this means! Stayed two nights on road at your hotels, still nothing clarified about it!"

"Place was experiencing significant renovation. Breakfast was served I a converted room with limited seating. We were contacted the day before departure and told of the renovations that were ongoing. Would have preferred to know before the booking or given an option to cancel. Overall, the room was clean and bed comfortable."
