Stay here regularly due to walking distance to Renfro Valley New Barn for concerts. Most recent stay was disappointing, mini fridge did not work, rooms are getting tired, marks on wall, hot in hallways. Funky odor around first floor ice and vending, 2nd floor had no working vending and no ice machine. Breakfast is all prepackaged microwave, toaster, minimal healthy choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful but facility does not meet expectations for Baymont.

Because The TV wouldn’t power on I went downstairs and got new batteries for the remote. It still didn’t work so I looked behind it and it was not plugged in. After it cycled through the set up I learned the volume could not be turned up. I turned the A/C off so I could hear the TV. The breakfast food looked like it was all bought at save a lot. Hard Pass. If you can sleep on a firm bed this place is for you.

This hotel is in really bad condition. The linens were very dingy and there was no body wash. The plumbing was loud and not hot. There was no housekeeping staff during the early evening. The rooms do not look or feel clean. There was very little food and NO coffee. We went to the Hardee’s across the street. The Baymont is very convenient to the music venue across the street but we will be driving a little further next time.

Staff was courteous but the room, particularly the bathroom was in terrible condition. The shower pan had been broken and patched. Drywall falling off the ceiling and the paint job looked like it was done by 5th graders. Very neglected. Never experienced this at a Baymont before. My wife and I were very disappointed.

Overall the hotel was good. We did have an issue with a broken flush valve in the toilet but the front desk moved us to the room next door immediately. Unfortunately the second room didn’t feel quite as clean and well kept. The smoke detector was hanging, the wall paper peeling and there was a patch over a hole in the bathtub hidden by a rubber bath mat. The mini fridge made loud clicking noises all night. The breakfast was decent and the staff was nice so overall not horrible but definitely could use better maintenance people for some tlc. This is a very small town and this may be as good as it gets here.

Its an old place needs remodeling itn the worst way. Friendly staff girl was going through a lot when the room key machine went down she handled things well as guests needed her to unlock the doors she had a mess it was peak check in time. We have stayed here several times after concerts, i wish they would remodel.
