We love going there but the rooms need updating. The TV was broken and we called the front desk and no one came. The Spa was Fabulous. We had pedicures and massages. So relaxing. We do love going there a couple times a year.

Hampton Inn Rochester Penfield
Room was spotless. Minimalist design makes it easy to clean. Lots of towels. Staff was very helpful. Nice to have breakfast buffet on site. A good variety of food types. Not amazing but tasted ok and adequate for getting breakfast and getting going. Very quiet also.
