"Out suite was outstanding. The room was generously sized with a separate door to the bedroom which kept the room nice and cool with the window ac. The window was equipped with blinds and curtains but they were one piece across two windows and where the ac was would be covered so I had to pile items in front of the uncovered window so we would not block the cool air. The shower was good but did not maintain a hot temperature which in the summer is fine for me. The breakfast was just “ok”. Lacking in a few items that can be found with local competitors. Our room was also situated over the dining area so we were awoken by chairs scraping (tennis ball feet?- we have them- they work). Quiet sleep other than that. Overall great stay and would come again. Parking was great, ample, and nicely spaced even with my pickup I was able to back into a corner spot. Staff was friendly and polite. Very clean and acceptable mattress comfort. The ensuite had a wonderful large couch which we enjoyed- it was very homey and not “sad” like some corporate hotel couches can be."

"Overall, I think it was a pretty nice hotel and I would come back based on the location alone. The pool was pretty nice and the amenities were pretty okay. Biggest downside was that I was towing my small 5x8 utility trailer behind my SUV on my way to Laconia. When I parked my vehicle in the valet parking spot as I was told to do since the parking garages do not allow trailers, the gentleman that that parked us or took care of us that worked for the hotel said he was going to have to charge me almost $100 to valet Park my vehicle and trailer. Then I had to go self-park my vehicle because they were not allowed to drive vehicles with trailers. Just a heads up for anybody else that comes in the area. In that situation they tend to charge you a buttload and expect you to do the work they charge you for"

"It's a good place to stay if you're looking for an affordable overnight option. The front desk gentleman was very friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. As for the room, it definitely needs some upgrades. It was clean but quite outdated. The bathroom light flickered, the shower pressure was weak, and the A.C. emitted a strong burning smell when we adjusted the temperature. They don't have on-site dining options, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Also, the beach is just a five-minute drive down the road, which was very nice."
