"Our stay was great! Between the day we arrived and the day we left, we interacted with the employee Sabrina. She was helpful, cheery, and fun to talk to. Our room's kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee and breakfast. The bottle of milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Having self-service laundry on the premises was good too. Akaroa is easily walkable, and this hotel made a good base."
