"Overall we did have an enjoyable experience at the property and the location of the home with beach access was great and the reason we chose to stay there.The house itself is definitely not near as nice as advertised. The home was not very clean, there are ant traps in every room and where you park is a grassy muddy area which was inconvenient with our small children since it had rained and the ground was wet. It is obvious that an older person lived there and they just kept all the old furniture etc and started renting the property without doing any updates at all."

"We just left and I can’t wait to come back ! Jamie was just simply wonderful -Not a detail was left unthought of. She had every single thing you could need and more. She was just so sweet and kind as was everyone around the cabin, including the dogs !!! I am truly feeling refreshed and have so many wonderful memories from sun up to sundown ! Thank you Jamie for a wonderful girls weekend"

"Really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for two families. We had private beach access and beautiful sunsets every night. Close to Holland and Grand Haven. Really close to American Dunes Golf Club and our families joined us for dinner after an amazing round of golf. Vicki was great to work with and responsive to our requests. Highly recommend."

"The drive in is a one-way single road that is not for the faint of heart, but once you make it to the property, it is absolutely wonderful.The home has everything you need, including access to the beach by way of a very steep stone stairway — also not for the faint of heart. Once you’re settled in, the main living area is perfect for lounging, relaxing, and taking in the beautiful beach and shoreline views.The house was very clean, with plenty of bathrooms, which was a huge plus. The bedrooms were comfortable, though the stairs leading to them are pretty treacherous. If you have little ones, I would strongly recommend bringing a baby gate for peace of mind.One small note: the angled ceilings can be tricky if you’re tall. At 6'2", I had to be mindful in a few spots.Overall, this is a great location for a Holland or Grand Haven getaway. The setting is beautiful, the house is well equipped, and once you get past the adventurous driveway and stairs, it’s a fantastic place to stay."
