"It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games in the living room, we didn't get a chance to use them but it was nice that they were there. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area! "

"New renovations were a plus! Very comfortable with 9 adults. Definitely recommend. Comfortable primary bed. You can tell the home is lived in and cared for versus just an income property so that was lovely. Beautiful view. Location was good for our needs. "

"We were there for our son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Perfect for us. A little less than 30 minutes away. Freezer would make some rattling sounds that would occasionally wake us up in the morning, but that seemed pretty minor to us. Plenty of space and nice setting. No close neighbors to worry about."
