"It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games in the living room, we didn't get a chance to use them but it was nice that they were there. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area! "

"We were there for our son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Perfect for us. A little less than 30 minutes away. Freezer would make some rattling sounds that would occasionally wake us up in the morning, but that seemed pretty minor to us. Plenty of space and nice setting. No close neighbors to worry about."

"The house was wonderful. I booked it mainly because it's all on one level (my sister has trouble going up and down stairs) but everything about the house was perfect. It was spotless when we arrived, and every little extra convenience had been thought of. Both bathrooms had travel sizes of any toiletries that you might have forgotten. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook your own meals. And the laundry room was well stocked if you needed to wash clothes. We didn't spend time outside because it was February, but the back porch was nicely furnished and the view was still lovely with everything covered in snow. Speaking of the weather, there was a snowstorm the night before we were set to leave. The owner made sure that the walkway was cleared of snow in the morning. Even then he offered to let us check out later because of the weather, or even stay an extra night if we didn't want to drive in the snow. We did end up leaving that afternoon, but I still very much appreciated the kind and thoughtful offer. "
