"Good value for the price. The setting was gorgeous. The bedrooms were small and the wood floors constantly popped and creaked when walking so that got old or everyone knew you were going to the bathroom in the middle of the night"

"This location was perfect for our family while our son played at All-Star Village. It was only a 15 minute drive to the park. Amazing view of the lake and we enjoyed swimming and canoeing on the lake on downtime. Very quiet and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable. It is an older house so just have realistic expectations for that, but we found it quaint and would be happy to stay there again!"

"My husband and I stayed at Lakeview Cottage while my son was at Dreams Park for baseball. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was clean, had everything we needed upon arrival, and a short and scenic drive to CDP. The cottage has a beautiful lake view and we saw all kinds of wildlife in the area. When we weren’t at the ballfields we came back to the cottage and enjoyed fishing from their dock, kayaking, and playing basketball. And last but definitely not least, the hosts were truly amazing! They were so kind, informative, and stayed in communication with us throughout our entire stay. They made us feel right at home and we are blessed to get to know them. Thank you Francine and Vincent for exceeding our expectations!"

"The location is very convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The view is spectacular. The lake, the hills, the rolling fog. We watched fireworks over the water on the 4th of July. The porch is such a pleasant place to sit on the fresh air, listen to the frogs, there's a fan, the screens are easy to see through and surrounding you. We were there during oppressive heat and humidity and were very grateful for the air-conditioning in every inside room. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 showers, a full kitchen, and lots of living space for spending time together. It was very comfortable for 5-7 of us. The owner, Gary, is extremely communicative and friendly. He had wonderful recommendations for places to eat, canoe and kayak rentals and other activities. He even taught my kids how to play a game at the house when we arrived. He was available during our stay but we didn't see him again until the day we checked out. He responded quickly when I had questions before and during our stay. Wish there had been a canoe or kayak on site for quick water access without having to go out... Our timeline was super tight to make plans for renting. The water right there isn't suitable for swimming and would be difficult to fish with all the lily pads. We would definitely rent this place again! Wonderful experience all around. Thank you!"

"This was the cutest remodeled farmhouse. Location was perfect to Dreams Park. This property was beautiful and I looked forward to hanging out here between and after ballgames. It helped make our experience even more relaxing and fun! Thank you!"

"The property was just as described, including all amenities that were included and ones that were not available. It is a cute and cozy bungalow and was perfect for our family of 4 to enjoy while my son was at Cooperstown All Star Village. The lake literally steps outside the house. It was a great location and we would love to stay again next time we're in New York."
