"The Property was not bad but the communication with the host was impossible, we booked the stay for 2 night and left after one night. We tried to contact the number provided in the folder, inside of the room and no one responded. I called Expedia and they were not able to help me either, if you are hosting at your property, you are expected to answer your phone or respond in any way possible, we were completely ignored, I have all the proof about txt, email and phone call that I made with no response. Very disappointed. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis house! This was the nicest pool/hot tub we ever had. It was a bonus that there was an area in the pool to place an umbrella and still be in the water for those of us who burn easily. We had some rain so the ping pong table and darts was a lifesaver. Another bonus was being only a three minute walk from the beach! So nice. The kitchen was well stocked but would have appreciated some more cupboard space to store food we bought. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here!"

"This was the perfect house for my family of four. The weather wasn't in our favor for very long during this trip, with very high winds and lots of rain. We felt safe in the house and had plenty of puzzles, TV games, and reading material to get us through our stay. Location was phenomenal- minutes from restaurants, downtown CB, and one block from the beach. Home was clean and very well-appointed. For the brief time we were able to enjoy the pool and grill, we took advantage! Owners were very responsive. Highly recommend! "

"We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed frames, everything. Then there is the grim around every door handle/ door frames, light switches, anywhere that is touched regularly by guests. Possible urine stains on the wall next to the toilet. There was a lot of maintenance things as well, bathroom vanity is rotting, old drywall repairs that haven’t been painted, cabinet doors crooked or missing, kitchen sink faucet couldn’t be turned from the position it was in, rust on most metal surfaces, there was a back deck that we didn’t use other than for drying towels and swim suits because of uneven boards and exposed screw heads. The floor was also disgusting. Walk around any amount of time in your bare feet and they were almost black on the bottoms from the floor. Beach was quite and not too busy. Beach chairs need a good pressure washing. Some of the supplied beach item were in rough shape. We still had a good time and made do. If cleaned and maintained better this place would be really nice and we would give it a better rating. "

"Stayed for a spring break trip with the family. The house was just what we needed. We especially enjoyed the back porch. It was nice that the beach was so close but heads up that it’s a busy road to cross to get there. Not too difficult but could be more challenging with little kids vs. teenagers. "
