Clean room. Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Starbucks was open. Many shops, stores and restaurants nearby. Great Asian takeout located in the Florida Mall. Ample parking.

All of the staff I encountered at the desk sure seemed to enjoy helping guests, and it was VERY useful to have a ticket agent for Universal available at the front desk. The hotel is beautiful and modern. We used the cafeteria in the morning which was efficient and friendly. Transportation at the hotel is a big plus with easy parking garage access, shuttle buses & boats to the theme parks, and an attractive walkway to the parks. The hotel's location is superb. I highly recommend Universal Aventura to one and all.
