"Perhaps similar to others when researching hotels in Cocoa Beach, there was some hesitation to book Beachside Hotel & Suites based on some poor reviews on certain websites. Thankfully, those trepadations evaporated after arrival. Clean room, comfortable beds, good shower, fun lazy pool, free breakfast with excellent options, plenty of parking on property, and fantastic location for walking to beach, mini golf, restaurants and stores. The hotel is a great family-friendly option in the 3-star range. "

"The location and tiki bar make up for any fault this place may have, which there aren’t many. Just wish the restaurants had longer hours. Other than that everything is clean and convenient. "

"Overall it was good, just the yard was a little more unkept with tree debris, lounge chairs were very dirty and warn out. We didn't want to use them. Beds were not the greatest to sleep on. and the garage had a very strong cat urine or similar smell to the point we didnt use anything but a few chairs and the wagon because everything had the smell and made our vehicles smell like it. Dont know if I would book again as the price was high for the condition of the house compared to surrounding homes of new quality."
