"This was probably a one-off situation that could have been avoided with proper advance notice. In the week leading up to our arrival, we received three notifications asking us to check in and pay for our stay—this was confusing, as I had already paid. Once I replied stating that I would settle any remaining balance at check-in, the notifications stopped. Upon arrival, it was clear the hotel was preparing to host a wedding. As a result, the restaurant—highly rated and one we had been looking...

Par contre personne à la réception lors de mon arrivée à 15h alors qu'il est affiché partout que la réception est ouverte de 7h à 19h, deux numéros de téléphone sont affichés sur la porte et aucun d'eux ne répond. Un client de l'hôtel m'a finalement ouvert parce que je tapais à la porte et la réceptionniste est venue 10 minutes plus tard pour la remise des clés "

Nous étions les seuls hôtes lors de notre passage et nous avons partagé le dîner avec lui: amuses bouches au coeur de palmier et beurre de cacahuète accompagné de rhum arrangé, gratin de chouchou, poulet massale, riz, crevettes, gâteau au maïs... tout était copieux et succulent.
