"Everything was very good and nice. Clean and nice rooms, very good amenities, nice restaurants with NO need for reservations, no passes required for towels , high quality of food and good brand of liqueurs every time and everywhere. Secretes side is for adults only! The staff incredible! Paty, luis and Perfect in the Pool bars, Aremy and Denise in the breakfast restaurant , and Antonio in the taxi/Lobby receipt area. The only low is the beach that has a lot of rocks and you can not enjoy the sea waves. Very good and enjoyable trim escape for us. We’ll go back again for sure!"

"We stayed at this resort as a family with our 10-year-old at the end of December, and we had a really enjoyable time. We were genuinely surprised by the number of pools on the property — there are many of them, most are heated, and they were very pleasant. The food was great, and the staff were always polite, helpful, and welcoming. The beach club was also excellent, and it’s only about 10 minutes away with a dedicated shuttle bus, which made it very convenient. The only negative part of our stay was the pullout sofa bed in the room, which was meant for our child. Our king-size bed was very comfortable, but the pullout mattress was terrible — extremely thin, and you could feel the springs directly through it with almost no cushioning. We had to call the front desk, and they brought a thick blanket to place on top, otherwise our child wouldn’t have been able to sleep on it. Honestly, I’m not sure why such a nice resort with great amenities would have such a cheap pullout mattress. We also spoke to other guests and it wasn’t just us — others had the same issue. Other than that, we really loved our stay. The resort is very green, feels private, and is very family-friendly. This is one of the few places where we can honestly say we would love to come back and stay again."

"Had a great stay at family selection. Highly recommend the family selection side in stead of grand palladium. We had a butler, Elliott, who was amazing and he went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. The pool server, Carlos, was one of the hardest working person I have ever met. He made our pool days fantastic by ensuring drinks were always available and food readily accessible. The room service could use some work as they didn’t answer to take our order one evening and the wait times to receive food was 90 minutes on one occasion. Rooms were clean, little dated but overall I would recommend. Bus stops right outside the resort for easy access to downtown puerto Vallarta. "

"Kehli the front desk supervisor is super kind and helpful. The grounds are immaculate. The food options are endless, abundant and delicious. The decorations for Xmas and friendly super courteous was an added bonus. The beach is big enough for all guests with enough chairs and umbrellas. It has all the big resort amenities without feeling like you have to walk many kms a day to take advantage of them. Top tier place and would highly recommend!! "
