"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel is in very poor condition. The carpets next to the bed were extremely dirty and had a horrible smell that made it difficult to sleep. The mattress was old and sagging, and the bed was very uncomfortable.
The shower door rail was very dirty, which made the bathroom feel unsanitary.
To make matters worse, the elevator was not working. We had to carry our luggage down 8 floors using the stairs while traveling with small children. This was very frustrating and completely unacceptable for a hotel.
Overall, the hotel is in terrible condition. I would never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend it."
