"The description on Hotels.com says it has a restaurant. I booked there in part because I was in Moreno Valley on business and I knew that, after a long day, I wouldn't want to go anywhere after checking in so I looked for a hotel with a restaurant. When I got there the desk staff (who were very kind and gracious) told me the restaurant was only open Mon-Thurs. I had to order food delivery -- very disappointing."

"Room clean, staff nice, breakfast standard, parking safe. Air conditioning noisy, shower sang (noisy) TV guide didn’t match actual stations. We were close to elevator and heard it ding all day. Mostly good for the amount of time we stayed in the room. "

"Check in was supposed to be at 3pm , our room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm. We waited quite a bit. The room was old and smelled. The person at the front was rude and unfriendly. She wasn’t sorry at all and was not sympathetic. The bed was old and uncomfortable all you’ll feel is the spring of the bed. The iron board as broken inside the cabinet which fell from my sa after when she passed it. The shower was so bad and dirty"
