It has roaches. We were here for Mothers Day and didnt want ti drove home after our family dinner. Never again. So dosappointed. Ive stayed at many BW over the years. And this was by far the only one that Ive seen roaches

Staff was super friendly, room was in some disrepair though. Water damaged ceiling in the bathroom with paint and drywall falling off, some outlets did not work and TV did not work as well.

A/c was not working a staff member came to the room and said unfortunately is a very old model and couldn’t get it to work,ask for a fan and said they were out of them which means they have this kind of problems more often and haven’t done anything about it.

I stayed with my child and the staff was amazing polite and accommodating. The property and room was clean. I had to adjust the dates on tþhe same day of check in, as I had incorrectly selected the wrong dates. They worked with Expedia and i didn't have to make a single call. Which was hassle free. The location is off the freeway with fast food, drug store, mom and pop shop, retailþ and grocery store all within a 5 min walk. The suite is very large with door for privacy. There is a dining table for eating with coffee table. Usb and C built in plugs. There is microwave and fridge with freezer. The bed is comfortable. The patio is nice amenties to allow fresh air. Overall for the price this by far a bang for your buck. Great for families, business travel or extended stay. Have stayed off and on up to 14 days. This is always my choice for business or extend visit to this area.

I feel like there is always people bring drama and shouting it to the world in the middle of the night at this places. I have been here before and thought I would give it another chances, biggest mistake. The staff is so nice but didn't do anything when these people were yelling. Overall I learned my lesson not to book here again.

I have visited this best western on multiple occasions and it is my go to spot in the Inland Empire. The staff is so friendly and it’s a cute lil area with everything you need near by.

Lady at the front desk was amazingly sweet and very accommodating very helpful and the room had been remodeled very nice lay out I should have checked the refrigerator cause the setting was high and froze my drink and I found three baby cockroaches in my room
