Indio Spacious Entertaining Hideaway Pool Hot Tub

"Property and the house were very clean and well maintained. It's very family friendly, lots of beds to sleep in. My grand-niece was like a little fish, in a new pond. She never wanted to get out of the pool. Use of the washer and dryer was handy. The mini fridge in the bonus bedroom was nice. We recommend that the A/C be turned on prior to new renters arrive in the bonus bedroom. It was very hot in there and took some time to get it cooled. Also, some of beds were very hard and firm. I myself didn't mind them. Great for my back. Loved the number of TV's including the one outside by the pool. The pool lights and the outdoor lighting was a nice touch. It took us a day to find the control panel. The grill area was a great setup and was used a couple of times. It worked great and everything came out delicious. The check in and out process was smooth. Our host Joseph was great and very quick and responsive with answering our questions and needs. I would recommend this property for large families. It was quiet and peaceful most of the time. One night there was an event going on behind the property. It wasn't too loud but noticeable but it was over by 11 p.m. Overall a great fun trip. We would definitely do it again and come back. Thank you Joseph!!!"

"This place was exactly what we were looking for when we decided to get away for the weekend. The pool was heated and we had full control of the spa and air conditioner. The beds were comfortable, the game room was a blast, and the home was beautiful. The host was communicative, but everything ran so smooth, we never needed their help during the stay. Highly recommend this property!"

"We stayed here for two nights in May with a large family group of 10, and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone, and the beds were very comfortable.When we arrived, the pool was unfortunately green, which was disappointing since enjoying the pool was one of the main reasons we chose to stay in Indio during the warm weather. The kids were especially disappointed. However, Rajeev responded quickly and had the issue addressed right away. By the next day, the pool was clear and ready to enjoy, which we appreciated.We also found that there weren't enough coffee pods provided for a group our size, but Rajeev had additional pods delivered the very next morning. That level of responsiveness was very thoughtful.There were a few cleanliness issues that we brought to Rajeev's attention. While it was disappointing to encounter them, he was caring, attentive, and quick to address our concerns. He genuinely seemed to care about our experience and made every effort to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible.Overall, the home's size, comfort, and Rajeev's exceptional responsiveness made for a positive stay. We appreciated how seriously he took our feedback and his commitment to making things right."
