The backyard was great and the reason we had a great experience with lots of games going off. We did have a problem with Fire Ants. Someone needs to get an exterminator. My foot is still in pain. "

Common areas were perfect hangs for our group- very spacious. Decor is beautiful. We stayed for Coachella & were able to bike into the fest. Highly recommend!"

"Great place and set up. Very clean and spacious. Great for families to stay at, however there is no safety netting to the pool, and golf balls come flying over. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the backyard and pool area seemed neglected. The pool looked quite dirty with debris in it when we arrived. The pool cleaning service showed up a day after we arrived, would have been nice to have it cleaned for our arrival. Outdoor patio furniture was quite dirty. The two king beds were very comfortable and rooms very large and spacious. No blackout curtains. The third bedroom with smaller bed was not comfortable and the bed frame was quite cheap/squeaked and moved a lot with any movement. The neighbourhood was great, felt very safe and great location. Lots of walking and things to do. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again because we paid extra money for the pool, but we didn't use it as golf balls were flying into the pool from the golf course. There’s no safety netting and one of our guests was hit in the head. We felt it was very unsafe for the children. "

"Overall this was a spacious house for our bigger group, and we loved the open living room/kitchen area! The game room in the garage was also very nice to have. We also liked the location being close to downtown Indio and to Coachella festival grounds.Only issue was there were some parts that weren’t very clean, and there weren’t really cleaning supplies left behind for us to use (no paper towels, no surface cleaning spray, broken vacuum, no mop/swiffer). "
