House sits on a 150 acre nature preserve that is surrounded by water from Reeves Bay and the Peconic River. A boat ramp is located within walking distance to launch a boat or kayak. kayaking around the house on the Peconic River is breathtaking. Sit outside and watch the sunrise and sunset, enjoy the sounds of nature, relax by the fire pit and cook your favorite foods on the included propane grill. Enjoy the included water floats, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards.
