60 Feet Of Dock, Wheel Chair Friendly In Old Homosassa

"We were both so pleased with this home from the moment we walked in. The place has wide open spaces with 2 living areas and a comfortable couch for lounging. Every room has a skylight which makes the place bright and cheerful. The beds were comfortable (which is frequently not the case with home rentals) and the kitchen has all the amenities! Then there is the reason we chose this place... the 60 feet of dock space right out the back door! So convenient for fishing! Let's not forget to mention the great blue heron that hangs out close by! We will definitely plan our next trip to Homasassa around this home's availability! Oh and the owner was close by if you needed anything so thanks Terry!"

"In town for a fishing trip. Perfect location to walk to dinner at our favorite local spots. House was perfect for me and my sons. Newly renovated master bath was very nice and well done. Due to our daily schedule we didn’t utilize the outdoor amenities but host has gone above and beyond to provide everything you need. Carport came in handy for a few stormy nights keeping the car covered. We will recommend to others and book here again."

"We had the best time staying at this house! Views of the water were absolutely incredible. House was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy including the pull out couch. Anytime I sent a message asking questions, they were quickly answered! Loved our stay and hope to book again in the near future!"

"This house is not just a rental. It’s a home. When you’re staying there it has everything that you need. We loved the downstairs game room. The back patio was great for barbecuing. The Springs are just a few minutes away or you can go fishing in no time at all. It’s perfectly located for restaurants. Also, by boat or by car."
