"The problem with this hotel is the rooms are very poorly designed for functionality and it is overpriced. The nightly rate was more than the nearby Hilton. Our room was a lot of square feet but most of it wasted. An open space before entering toilet/sink/shower area. Hardly any space around sink to put toiletries. No place to layout suitcases other than floor as there were no fold out luggage holders. Very poor lighting in room unless it was daytime and drapes were open. Power outlets in wall did not work, only a single outlet in bedside lamps. Definitely overpaid and regret staying at this location. Also the photos were deceptive because for the amount of square foot the couch are could have been around corner from bed. And a barn door for the bathroom lacks privacy. I thought I was paying $500 a night for a well designed room like the Hilton where I stayed first two nights. Unfortunately Hilton did not have rooms for our other 3 nights. I’m being generous giving 4 stars for this Holiday Inn."

"We enjoyed our stay. Pros: right next to all of the entertainment, parking garage, free breakfast that was actually really good, friendly staff, mini fridge in room, spacious room, nice shower, comfortable bed (except pillows-explained below). Cons: Very small & crowded lobby. The bathroom door is a sliding door and was pretty loud when opening and closing-it’s also frosted glass so if someone turns the bathroom light on in the middle of the night the whole hotel room does light up. I would advise bringing your own pillow if you can. The ones they have sink and become very flat during your sleep. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"Great location for downtown. It is a large hotel, but one of the quietest in the rooms I have been at for a long time. I rarely heard doors closing as one hers in the mornings. I left the room at 8:30 and was never awakened. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. I had the suite which offered a lot of space."

"The hotel was in a very popular location with easy access right to Broadway Street just a short walk. Hotel upper level bar was great!!! Shout out to Anthony our bartender who was amazing!!! Would stay again for sure. If I had two critiques it would be the shower door in our room opened the wrong way and with small rooms stepping around toilet to get in shower was odd. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was mounted right next to door and also mounted very low so your knee hit the holder."
