"The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The bathroom was fairly clean except for the baseboards. To me this is a big indicator of cleanliness. The baseboards were covered in dirt and hair. When I was working out in the gym there were no towels at all. The gym was not clean and pieces of trash were all over. The breakfast was so so. The first day I was there, the eggs were rubbery and the sausage was not very good. I wish there were more healthy options such as Greek yogurt. The hallways were very noisy until midnight which made it hard to sleep. I go to bed early and this kept waking me up. "

"Upon checking in, I waited 15 minutes for someone to return to the desk once checked in location of the room wasn’t explained so I had to come back to the front to find the correct location of the room. We left to grab something to eat when we return to use the toilet it was clogged when I went to the front to alert them of this. They stated there was nothing that they can do because maintenance was gone and it will be the morning however, the next morning no one came to check on us. I checked out at checkout time and was told that I would be refunded for my additional day however, Expedia said that they have not been able to contact anyone at the front which I’m not surprised, and therefore I cannot get my refund for the extra day I did not stay the communication at this property sucks the late night person customer service sucks the morning personnel did try to help however, I was informed I will be refunded my extra day and I have yet to receive that because Expedia has not been able to speak with anyone"
