"If there is Negative 5 I would give it to them! This is a horrible place to stay even for one night! It is more like a homeless shelter than a hotel..it is very dirty, filthy, bed bugs are horrible there(my wife got a big rush after 1 day there..picture below show how horrible it was!!!)and the roaches everywhere and all the time and the smell is a nightmare..it was so hard and nauseating (I guess all these odors stuck to the walls, furnitures..and bed that it's impossible to remove them!!) And the smell of the smoke..cigarettes and weed there is just unbeleivable! People smoke all the time outside the room(since they smoke even inside!) somtimes just near the window!!! Add to that the all time noise and loud music!!!This place should be cloesd and completely renovated before renting it!!Also Kids should not be allowed to stay there as drugs are like normal stuff there!!! I booked this place as a last resort (everywhere I looked was booked because of the Rodeo and other festivals in Houston..or the prices are just 4..6 times higher where I used to go!) And it was just a horrible place that I left this nightmare the second day...and since I don't have insurance I just lost my money there!, I booked in the hotel just facing it (Sleep Inn Stafford which is 100 times better, cleaner..and safer and not very expensive too!) It was a relief leaving this shelter..even my stuff I had to wash it many times, like deep cleaning to get rid of these odors and insects too!The WORST!"

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and housekeeping tidied up every day. The two negatives were the elevator, which moved slowly and would smell bad occasionally, and the noise in the hallway was audible in the room. Other than that I felt comfortable throughout my stay."

"$172 for one night at this place… Yikes!! I’ve stayed at a cheap Super 8 in the middle of nowhere that’s in better shape than this Hampton…very unlike this brand which is why we booked in the first place. Breakfast.. sign read ‘bagel bar’ but lacked ingredients for such a thing. Guess whole wheat bread, yogurt cup, and a waffle maker constitutes as a bagel bar these days. Idk. In the room we stayed, multiple walls and ceilings showed need of repair, fridge was uncharacteristically loud at times. While we did not need the ADA room, the bathroom needed lots of work should, someone need the amenities. No shower curtain (weird) water splashed everywhere of course, ADA shower bench was missing lower bracket thus rendering the bench unsafe and in the way, slight mold in the shower corners and creases, someone else’s random hair brush on counter, ceiling showed some sort of attempted repair but unfinished, light above mirror didn’t didn’t work, towel bar hanging off the wall (don’t touch it). Staff was friendly, while sharing with the front desk the room needed repairs and we recommended to not offer to others until repairs were made. Replied with “Ok, No sweat off my back”. Polite but interesting way to respond imo. The window to outside the room showed another part of the building that was damaged and need of repair. Don’t know about the rest of the building.. we left to go find something to eat. "

"The condition of the hotel is average as expected. However, the bathroom needs to be renovated badly. . It's so old and looks dirty because of the wear and tear even though it’s clean. Other than that, it’s as expected as 3 stars rating. With the condition like that, it should be slightly cheaper in cost. Thanks for your friendly service. "
