"Upon checking in, I waited 15 minutes for someone to return to the desk once checked in location of the room wasn’t explained so I had to come back to the front to find the correct location of the room. We left to grab something to eat when we return to use the toilet it was clogged when I went to the front to alert them of this. They stated there was nothing that they can do because maintenance was gone and it will be the morning however, the next morning no one came to check on us. I checked out at checkout time and was told that I would be refunded for my additional day however, Expedia said that they have not been able to contact anyone at the front which I’m not surprised, and therefore I cannot get my refund for the extra day I did not stay the communication at this property sucks the late night person customer service sucks the morning personnel did try to help however, I was informed I will be refunded my extra day and I have yet to receive that because Expedia has not been able to speak with anyone"

"I cant understand; why no hangers? Why no amenity in the room to put your stuff , drawers etc. When i arrive my bathroom faucet is not working. I asked the front desk and the young man told me “you di t k ow how to use it, its working” I need to accompany him to my room and he convinced finally. Why so mych hassle instead of saying “I am sorry, we will fix it until your return and if not than we will give you another room”, etc I needed to visit the front desk every night as my key was not working every single night. "
