"Graham and Kay are very welcoming and professional. It’s a shame that we stayed only the one night. Everything about the place is comfortable and smart and clean and tidy."

"A fabulous find! Right in the heart of the city, only 7 min walk to the Cathedral and Winchester’s vibrant High Street. Comfortable, tastefully decorated room in complimentary style of the Japanese restaurant below. We will definitely be back! "

"Internet service worked OK. Our room was in a rear block on up a flight of stairs with no lift. There are "garden rooms" on the ground floor with french doors open to the garden with small patio areas. Request one of these to avoid stairs. Room had Nespresso coffee maker but no fridge for fresh milk, only those tacky plastic milk pods which was out of character with the stylish quality of the rest of the hotel. Restaurant quality of food is outstanding."
