"Mais parece uma pousada simples que um hotel. Funcionários extremamente estressados e despreparados. Discutindo com hospedes e respondendo com grosseria as duvidas. Quarto sem telefone. Tivemos que usar a lanterna do celular para o banheiro porque a luz estava com problema e nao quizemos reportar para os funcionários para evitar que eles nos tratassem mal. Check-in tarde 15hs (porem ate meio dia precisa confirmar), check-out 11hs. Nao tem onde guardar malas. Pode deixar na parte do restaurante...
