"Mais parece uma pousada simples que um hotel. Funcionários extremamente estressados e despreparados. Discutindo com hospedes e respondendo com grosseria as duvidas. Quarto sem telefone. Tivemos que usar a lanterna do celular para o banheiro porque a luz estava com problema e nao quizemos reportar para os funcionários para evitar que eles nos tratassem mal. Check-in tarde 15hs (porem ate meio dia precisa confirmar), check-out 11hs. Nao tem onde guardar malas. Pode deixar na parte do restaurante...

The rooms and all areas of the hotel are spotless, the food is fresh, the staff are friendly, and it’s perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of activities and spaces for kids. "The only thing i liked is that it was clean. Their was no soap, no shampoo. No washer or dryer. It was very hard to communicate and it did not locked like they care to communicate. There was only one control for 2 tv's. You shut 1 off the other one would go on."
