Achei o flat muito completo e bem confortável, super espaçoso e o atendimento excelente. Localização muito boa tbm. So não estava tao limpo todo o flat, como pia da cozinha, sanduicheira. E o maior problema que tive foi em relacao ao estacionamento que esta escrito no anuncio que tem, isso foi determinante para minha escolha e chegando la nao tem estacionamento. Mas de uma forma geral me atendeu muito bem e recomendo.

Ficamos apenas 1 dia e pelo preço valeu a pena. Como ficamos em um quarto no andar mais alto que o acesso é apenas por uma escada caracol estreita, pra subir e descer as malas tivemos dificuldade. O quarto é agradável, o ar gela bem e o chuveiro esquenta

Os funcionários foram simpáticos e atenciosos. Porém, o flat precisa de melhoria na infraestrutura e limpeza. Havia baratas nos móveis e utensílios da cozinha e no banheiro. Necessário dedetizar com urgência. O espaço do flat é excelente. Havia muito barulho durante a noite/madrugada (apartamento acima e alguma acomodação no entorno). Durante o dia, o que gerou incômodo também foi o som alto na área comum. Não dava para assistir a TV, nem com a porta fechada.

A recepcionista maravilhosa, quarto incrível, tem tudo, microondas, louças, chapa de sanduíche, toalhas e travesseiros, deveria ter lençol e café da manhã, pelo preço e pelo flat, ta muito caro sem café da manhã. Piscina bem pequena, se já tiver gente, você fica ate sem graça de entrar de tão pequena, e ainda encontrei barata morta, não entrei na piscina. Fica a uns 10min do centro. O quarto é tranquilo mas o som de outro condomínio do lado incomoda nos quartos. O microondas não tava esquentando, e wifi não pega muito bem. Mas achei lindo, e bem aconchegante, peguei so pra dormir mesmo, pois queria aproveitar mais o centro e a praia. Nota 8

Eu gostei bastante. Superou minhas expectativas pela limpeza, estrutura e pelo atendimento dos funcionários. Muito bom. É um pouco distante da praia e do centro mas se estiver de carro é tranquilo. Voltarei ame hospedar lá.

Excelente lugar

O espaço tem um ambiente bem aconchegante, contando com uma área de lazer, que tem o seu charme e permite uma hospedagem massa tanto para família quanto para curtir em casal para quem tá indo para Porto. As suítes, bem organizadas , equipadas com ar condicionado a cozinha tem o necessário para você preparar todas as suas refeições caso não esteja afim de sair pra comer algo. A localização é ótima tanto perto do centro de Porto e a praia de Maracaipe. Porto flats é um ótimo custo benefício, tem um ótimo atendimento e recomendo com confiança. Únicos pontos negativos da minha estadia foram que não tinha a prateleira de por sabonete e shampoo por estar quebrada e um vazamento de água embaixo da pia (que não me incomodava diretamente)

A nossa estadia foi de apenas uma diária. O local é muito agradável, quarto espaçoso, com rede, wi-fi funcionando bem, boa localização (fomos caminhando para o centrinho). O hotel não possui estacionamento, mas o nosso carro ficou em frente ao hotel... A rua é bem tranquila e larga com muito espaço para estacionar. Com certeza nos hospedariamos de novo.

As funcionarias sao excelentes, os flats sao muito bons e equipados. Para ficar melhor, poderiam colocar alguma regra referente a som alto, pois a acústica do flat nao é legal, todo barulho doblado de fora se escuta dentro. Nao possui estacionamento e fica um pouco distante para ir andando até o centro.

O lugar é um "puxadinho" de uma casa ou prédio. A região é desconfortável e o controle do ar condicionado não funcionava. Entendo que é um "flat" mas nitidamente não trás segurança.

razoável, quantos sem janelas e com muito cheiro de mofo, não há cuidado com a manutenção, no banheiro seus pertences de chuveiro precisam ficar no chão por nao ter saboneteira e porta shampoo. vidros do box, espelho e porta do flat totaltente sujos, pedi duas xícaras para o café e me forneceram apenas uma e com a asa quebrada, cortinas de vinil mal contadas e furads que tiram privacidade, pessoas dos outros flats fazem churraasco com som alto até altas horas, o fixado da cortina está caindo. o tamanho do flat é bom e as camas confortáveis
