THE SERVICE I DIDNT LIKE IT AT ALL NOT AS PROFESSIONAL AS IT SHOULD BE, THE DRESSER WERES THE TV ON THE DRAW ARE MESSED UP! "

"Clean room, good air conditioning, great location, right on Calle Fortaleza, where all the action is at. You won’t need an Uber to go to the most famous places in PR."

"The balcony suite that overlooks the park is terrible. It has doors instead of windows. They do not seal properly and the street noises are in your room. I may as well have, put a mattress on the sidewalk. I got no rest at all."

"This was very run down however the room was clean. Way too expensive for zero amenities and very old hotel! Pictures were very deceiving. "

"We stayed for two nights with kids. The hotel has many fun activities for the whole family. The staff is so friendly (Housekeeping, front desk, pool staff, and etc! All very friendly) We did a cabana on our pool day, and our server Gabriel was awesome. Very attentive and allowed us to have separate bills. He was very patient and kind to the kids in our group. A+ Service from Gabriel. Our only pool complaint would be that there is not enough seating to accommodate all the guests. We really had no choice but to do a cabana as there were zero chairs available. We were lucky to snag the last cabana which is smaller and less private than the others. The location was great. We didn't realize it was comic con at the convention center that weekend, so the traffic was really bad on Saturday but the non-event days were fine. I love that this hotel allows walking distance to T-Mobile district which is fun for kids and adults. They also have a shuttle to OSJ, I didn't get to use it so I can't review it. But it was nice that it was an option. I'd stay here again. "

"The Hyatt Place is very clean and accommodating. Staff friendly and helpful. Carlos, the bartender is top notch. Only small complaint I had was our room not being ready until approximately 6pm when we arrived. But a manager did comp us for a meal and drink in the bar, so that did make up for that I guess!"

"This was a great place to stay- perfect for our family of 4. We had a 1 bedroom villa which gave us a ton of space (plus a washer and dryer!) The hotel has a bunch of amenities, great pool- especially for my kids and a nice beach. The restaurant/bar was good, a little slow when it came to food, orders seemed to run about 10-15 minutes over. We got something from there almost everyday. They are going through a renovation, so there was some noise and construction equipment around- but not terrible, they tried to manage it well. Only draw back is the location (which we knew ahead of time). It’s in a great area that’s quiet, but is about a 40 minute drive to San Juan, and 1.5-2hrs to some of the tours we picked. We rented a car and it was easily drivable, but by the end of the trip the distance was more than we would have liked. Not the hotels fault. Overall, I would recommended and stay again. "
