Definitely the hotel with the best value for money in an ideal (near the beach) location in Rio. A peaceful, quiet, and safe spot just a few steps from Ipanema and the nightlife. The Deluxe Room on the 11th floor offers a decent view of the ocean; the room is a good size, and the breakfast is above the standard of a 3-star hotel. Definitely the choice for my next trip to Rio.

I am giving 5/5 because the hotel was really nice, great for a mid-priced vacation. Nice rooftop, sauna, gym room, nice breakfast, and you cannot beat the location being exactly between both copacabana and ipenma. This means you can easily walk to either beach in about 5-10 minutes depending on your vibe (Ipenema more chill, Copa more lively with beach bars and more vendors etc.). Great hotel!!

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the beach in an area bustling with tourists and plenty of options for shopping, lunch, or grabbing a drink. The reception staff are friendly; the only downside is that there is no option for early check-in, even for a fee. My flight arrived in Rio at 7:00 a.m., but fortunately, I was allowed to store my luggage. I was also able to book a last-minute tour of the Rocinha favela, which made things even more convenient and allowed me to make the most of my first day in Rio de Janeiro. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything necessary; it even had a small fridge, which is handy given Rio's climate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I have no complaints about my stay. The buffet was well-stocked and plentiful, with fresh food served every morning. Despite some negative reviews I had read, I decided to give this hotel a chance, and I don't regret it.

Staff was great and the room was clean and tidy. The location was excellent - less than 5 min walk to the beach. Supermarket and pharmacy around the corner. Lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was also very convenient with strong coffee an lots of fresh fruit. Definitely recommend.
