Hotel was great for the price but the location for New Years was not great over an hour walk to Copa Cabana that's on us for not researching thou but beside that its super close to everything.

Nice place, clean, close to everything. Supermarket, shopping options, and a lot of taxis could be found right at the entrance of the hotel. Highly recommend if you go to rio with or without kids.

Strongly recommend good location and great staff

Staff are the gold of the hotel. Very flexible at reception and extremely helpful. Just a broken tap handle but all the rest was perfect. Great options of TV channels and bed and pillows very comfortable.

La instalación eléctrica desastrosa, el interruptor principal dejaba de funcionar por momentos. El secador echaba hjmo. Me proporcionaron otro secador y dijeron que mantenimiento lo miraría, pero no es lo que esperas en este nivel de establecimiento

Great location, breakfasts

The location is excellent to visit the tourist sites like Pao de Azucar and Christo Redentor - short rideshare trips. Loved the breakfast at the restaurant on the 1st floor. The room we got was good for 3 of us and had a sofa bed. We stayed in this property two different times. The bathroom in the 2nd visit was not so clean, was out of body soap.

Fiquei por 5 dias com esposa e 2 filhos. Localização extremamente conveniente. Opção para quartos para famílias. Café da manhã bom. Chuveiro ótimo. Mas o quarto apresentava muita umidade e a limpeza não era boa. O lixo da parte interna do quarto eles nem retiraram… vou avaliar se retorno. Se voltar, será pela conveniência da localização, próxima ao metrô….

Foi tudo bem, tudo condiz com o anuncio. Porem, tivemos um problema com o barulho do ar condicionado, pedimos para arrumarem logo que chegamos, porem nunca fui atendido. Acabamos acostumando com o barulho, que parecia um alarme 24hrs.

El hotel no tiene mucho para hacer, a diferencia de otros hoteles el Rio. Llegamos y la primera pieza que nos asignaron tenía olor a humedad y las sabanas de la cama estaban humedas. Solicité el cambio de pieza y accedieron, la segunda estaba mejor.

a estrutura do hotel é muito boa, quarto muito bom também, cama confortável. Café da manhã muito bom.
