Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

Really good hotel, clean, comfotable, near everything. Good breakfast with fruits, cakes, breads and grains. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is old, but thats the beauty of the city. Downtown Rio has a lot of homeless people, but if u be carefull (not show ur phone and valuable items) you'll be fine. The hotel is in a convenient location, near the busses, metro stations and vlt, and there are a bunch of good restaurants around it too. Will definitely be returning.

I stay sep 6 to 10, 2024 elevators don't work, dirty, bedsheets with hair, refrigerator and tv don't work. Just part of the decoration. Staff member with bad actitud and only speak portuguese. I was ask 11 times if i was checking out. Front desk staff would not let me into my room becase they didn't understand the room number. DON'T STAY HERE ALSO HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL WITH IRINE AND FECAL REMEINS 10 FEET FROM THE BUILDING.

No provision for early arrivals. After traveling 13 hours by plane was asked to wait 6 hours for a room. they wanted $10 per bag to hold them until check-in. The only restroom available was up steep stairs(I am unable to walk up to it.) I paid $70 to get into the room early. The lobby was full of others waiting for check-in. There were no healthy options for the daily breakfast. They made a mistake about my end date causing me to pack and when they discovered I had another day, they offered another room (which I declined.)

O hotel é bem limpo, café da manhã muito bom. O único problema foi a internet. O 4g da claro não funcionou e o Wi-Fi do hotel não pegava no quarto em que eu estava. Quarto 1101. Fora a internet foi tudo muito bom! Localização boa também, tem transporte direto para o Santos Dumont, restaurantes e farmácias bem próximos.

HÓSPEDE VÁRIAS VEZES

Sempre que venho ao rio me hospedo no Itajubá que tem um bom custo/benefício. A ótima localização muito próxima ao metrô e ao VLT, um quarto espaçoso, limpo e cama confortável, além de um banheiro com um ótimo chuveiro compensam os poucos pontos negativos que são o café da manhã super básico e a falta de área de lazer, por isso falei no início do bom custo/benefício

El hotel es viejo pero esta bien mantenido. El desayuno es un poco simple pero hay cosas para todos los gustos. Tienes huevos revueltos y salchichas estilo desayuno americano y tambien panes, cosaa dulces y tostadas para quienes desayunan estilo Argentino. También hay cereales y avena. Jugo de frutas. Además tienen Bananas lo que es esencial para tener energía durante todo el día. Los baños estan bien y las duchas son muy amplias. El unico problema, (el cual no es culpa del hotel), son los elevadores. Solo hay 2 elevadores para un hotel de 15 pisos. Al momento del desayuno es casi imposible usarlos. Haciendo esa salvedad, todo muy bien. Los empleados del Lobby han sido muy amables y trataron de entenderme a pesar de que no hablo portugués. Además cuidaron mi equipaje luego del check out.
