I had an amazing stay at Ibiza Barra Hotel. Nobody spoke any English and I don't speak any Portuguese, so there was definitely a language barrier, but all of the staff were so amazing and so patient while I tried to translate. Particularly Ezequiel was amazing, he was very friendly and helpful and we were sad to have to say goodbye. If I ever visit Barra again I will be looking to book here!

Quarto sem lençol, somente 1 edredom , chuveiro e pia que saia pouca água, vaso entupido e travesseiros ruins, café da manha tomamos em 1 dia e desistimos, pois os paes pareciam estar velhos. Elevador com um cheiro ruim … acredito que seja por causa do carpete.

O hotel e bom tem um potencial excelente mais o atendimento dos funcionários deixa a desejar, cheguei cedo já ciente horário do check-in seria as 14:00hs, somente para adiantar o check-in e se trocar que iriamos para a praia, informei a recepcionista que estava ciente do horário , meu esposo foi até a área da piscina para ver e ela já foi falando que é proibido ficar dentro da área do hotel somente depois das 14:00hs aí eu falei para ela que somente iria ver, achei muito rude a forma que ela falou, até perguntei se poderia pelo menos usar o banheiro para se trocar. e fomos para praia e voltamos nosso horário para o check-in e a mesma atendente cobrou novamente as diárias eu mostreis o recibo pago adiantado pelo hoteis.com e mesmo assim ela não aceito falou que não foi pago e que não poderia entrar antes do pagamento, como estava sem bateria no celular paguei novamente e falei que iria ver o extrato do banco e voltaria para mostrar para ela e também o preço não batia valores um pouco a menor e ela falou que o hotel deve ter dado um desconto, entrei no quarto carreguei um pouco o celular e entrei banco e comprovei para ela o extrato do cartão com o pagamento que já havia feito e novamente o recibo do pagto quitado pelo hoteis.com. ela fez o cancelamento do meu cartão de credito. o hotel em si tem um potencial muito bom, mais pecam com o atendimento o café da manhã está ótimo nada a reclamar, achei o cardápio da piscina muito fraco e atendimento também,.

Posso afirmar que em termos de limpeza poderia ser melhor. Em termos de comodidade posso afirmar que nada melhor do que uma boa ducha para relaxar, no IBIZA NÃO é o que encontrei , banho a vontade gotas. Com relação ao Café da Manhã, faz tempo que não vejo um café da manhã, tão fraco , frutas passadas, o café e o leite encontrei frio. Os colaboradores parecem bastante insatisfeitos , todos emburrados, descontentes não posso afirmar com que objetivamente. Os fatos aqui declarados são bastante suficientes para tornar uma hospedagem uma catástrofe.

Só foi por uma noite, o quarto pra 4 achei muito pequeno a televisão não funcionou, deve um atendente que tentou resolver e não conseguiu e tb não avisou que não ia ter jeito, ofereceram para a gente trocar de quarto mas desistimos por ser uma noite. Nas camas só havia o único lençol tivemos que pedir. Café da manhã razoável! Ponto alto a parte da piscina, lugar muito agradável!

Quarto limpo, funcionário muito gentis e solicitos, piscina grande e limpa. Mas o café da manhã é sofrível! É o pior que já comi em toda a minha vida. Sucos industrializados, Bolos solados e ressecados, Pão velho, frios passados ( nao tivemos coragem de comer nem o presunto e nem o queijo, pois a cor ja estava estranha, parecia que ja estava sendo usado a varios dias) . A diária nao é barata, o hotel é bem localizado, acho que o mínimo é servir um cafe da manha decente, com Pães e bolos frescos.
